Terms & Conditions
Fueled Events creates intentional, high-impact experiences — from intimate social gatherings to large-scale corporate productions. We approach every event with creativity, precision, and care, and we expect the same commitment from the clients we partner with.
Fueled Events, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms are effective upon posting. Clients are responsible for reviewing updates. All transactions are subject to these terms. Fueled Events, LLC may cancel contracts at any stage. Fueled Events, LLC is not responsible for discrepancies in orders or services not directly rendered by Fueled Events, LLC.
Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee secures the event date upon contract signing. The event date is not confirmed until both the signed contract and retainer have been received in full. Remaining payments follow the installment schedule outlined in the Investment of Services section of your contract.
Sales Tax
Rental items secured by Fueled Events for use within Illinois are subject to applicable Illinois sales tax (currently 10.25%). Sales tax is applied to all taxable goods and services as required by law.
Refunds
Fueled Events cannot process refunds for errors on approved event timelines, rental quotes, décor quotes, or third-party vendor services, regardless of the source of the error. While our team makes every effort to identify and flag discrepancies during the planning process, the client bears final responsibility for all signed contracts and approved documents.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their contract at any time by submitting written notice to Fueled Events. Please note the following:

Cancellation at any time forfeits the non-refundable retainer and any installments already paid.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the contracted event date result in no refunds on any prior installments, and the remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable.

Contracts are non-transferrable and cannot be assigned to another individual or entity without written consent from Fueled Events, LLC.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All planning materials, guides, inspiration and mood boards, questionnaires, event timelines, creative concepts, and other original content created by Fueled Events remain the sole intellectual property of Fueled Events, LLC and may not be reproduced, shared, or used without express written permission. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before providing copyrighted material to Fueled Events and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fueled Events, LLC against any third-party claims arising from client-provided materials.
Photo & Content Release
By entering into a contract with Fueled Events, the client agrees to allow event images, video, and related content to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: social media, advertising, the Fueled Events website, blog posts, press submissions, and any other marketing initiatives undertaken by Fueled Events, LLC.
Clients waive any right to payment, royalties, or other compensation for the use of such content. Clients also waive the right to review or approve finished promotional materials in which their event imagery appears.
Exception: Clients who prefer their personal information or event imagery not be used in promotional materials must submit a written request at the time of contracting. This opt-out applies to personal information only; general event content may still be shared in an anonymized format at Fueled Events' discretion.
Fueled Events reserves the right to decline use of photographs or video that do not meet quality standards for professional presentation.

Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and executing such materials. Fueled Events assumes no responsibility for the business practices of third-party vendors or for any contractual agreements between clients and venues or outside vendors.
Testimonials and case studies reflect the experiences and results of individual clients and are not guarantees of outcomes for any other client.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without express written consent from Fueled Events, LLC.
